Our accident investigation service is thorough and professional.

Even minor accidents should be investigated by management, However, when the accident is of a serious nature or could result in a significant claim, our highly trained and experienced consultants will conduct an investigation (along side the Health and Safety Executive where necessary) to ensure an independent investigation is held in accordance with the Police and Criminal Evidence Act (PACE). 

We will also ensure that liability and responsibility are correctly identified and clarified and recommend a course of action designed to prevent a recurrence.
